【 International Shipping】
We offer EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post Office) for all international orders.
EMS will provides you tracking number.
The best shipping rate is set according to the shipping country and the total weight of the order.
・Time from order to shipment
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
Usual delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. for a list of estimated delivery times by destination.
For further information, please visit the EMS website. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Japan are not considered business days.
All orders are shipped from Japan.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
・Inport Taxes & Duties
May require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

- FONON cannot be held responsible in the event your package is retained at your country's Customs Department upon arrival. You will have to contact them directly for further assistance, as we do not work directly with every country's Customs Department. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience with Customs.
- For Customs purposes all international shipments are required to possess an invoice and declaration of value. We apologize for this if your order is to be a gift shipped to another party.
- We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
- EMS insures packages being delivered. In the event that ordered product(s) are damaged in the shipping process, please contact either your post office or FONON.
- We are not responsible for any lost or missing package for international airmail delivery.
- Please make sure that you confirm the products that can be imported by yourself.
- Please note in advance that we cannot take any responsibility in our shop when delivery is not possible due to import restrictions by customs after shipping.
【Payment】Overseas orders can only be paid by PAY PAL or credit card.
